Lead the expansion of Broccoli into new home-services verticals by defining the go-to-market, onboarding, and product priorities for each segment; translate customer insights into prioritized investments, partner with product and engineering, design scalable onboarding and CS playbooks, and build a repeatable framework to enter, validate, and scale future verticals across trades.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep vertical expertise by spending time with customers in each new vertical to understand their businesses, workflows, economics, and pain points.
•Shape the product roadmap by vertical by translating customer insights into prioritized product investments and partnering with PM and engineering on relevant workflows, integrations, and configurations.
•Evolve onboarding and customer success by designing how we onboard, activate, and retain customers in each vertical, and building scalable playbooks for the CS team.
•Own go-to-market by vertical, including positioning, marketing materials, partnerships, and channel strategy to ensure compelling vertical stories.
•Build the new-vertical playbook by defining a repeatable framework Broccoli uses to enter, validate, and scale future verticals and measure success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as an operator at a PE-backed home services company, at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey), and/or high-growth startup.
•Strong analytical ability, including comfort structuring ambiguous problems, building business cases, and pressure-testing assumptions with data.
•Excellent executive communication, including the ability to distill complex operational data into clear insights for both internal and customer-facing audiences.
•Operator instincts with ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
•Excited to work in person in San Francisco and proactively drive initiatives without awaiting instructions.
