Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and improve passive and active microwave solutions, including radar front-ends, antennas, waveguide structures, and RF components
•Contribute to all phases of product development, from concept and prototyping to testing and production ramp-up
•Perform simulation, design, and validation of RF circuits and systems using industry-relevant tools and methods
•Develop and enhance engineering processes, tools, and ways of working
•Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure system integration and performance; provide technical guidance and engage with external partners

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with focus on high-frequency circuits, systems, or electromagnetics
•Experience in microwave, RF, or radar system design within a product development environment
•Hands-on experience with circuit simulation, schematic design, and PCB layout tools (e.g., Microwave Office, HFSS, or similar)
•Practical experience setting up and performing laboratory measurements for RF circuits and systems
•Ability to communicate effectively in English in a global working environment
