Job Summary

Help onboard and train new F&B merchants onto the qlub payments platform, supporting their day-to-day questions and optimizing their usage. Partner with operations and product teams to share feedback and improve services. Assist with monitoring platform integrations, reporting on merchant usage, and researching industry trends, while providing administrative support to the Merchant Success & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the operational onboarding process for new F&B merchants onto the qlub platform.
•Assist in organizing merchant training sessions to help them fully utilize qlub’s services.
•Build and maintain merchant relationships by answering queries and optimizing platform usage.
•Coordinate with operations and product teams to provide feedback and support service improvements.
•Monitor platform integrations and help with reporting, research, and ad hoc tasks (e.g., industry trend analysis).

•Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
