Key Responsibilities

•Own the acquisition pipeline for priority FMCG brands in France and selected EU markets by prospecting, pitching, and signing strategic accounts.
•Lead end-to-end commercial closings from outreach through term sheet, onboarding, and the first 90 days of activation.
•Drive ongoing incubation and long-term growth for acquired accounts, maintaining accountability for sustained GMV growth and seller health.
•Improve performance through data-driven recommendations across content, creator collaboration, livestream/short-video activation, pricing, promotions, and assortment expansion.
•Scale partners within the EU by building cross-market rollout plans and contributing insights and repeatable growth playbooks to leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience in Operations, account management, or a similar field.
•Proven success in direct acquisition, business development, or strategic sales, including closing enterprise-level deals or signing major brand/merchant partnerships.
•Experience engaging senior stakeholders and aligning multiple decision-makers across complex organizations to close deals.
•Strong commercial acumen to size opportunities, build business cases, negotiate terms, and deliver measurable outcomes using data.
•Fluency in French and the ability to thrive in ambiguity within a matrixed environment.
