Maintenance Supervisor-2nd shift

Supervise maintenance employees and lead daily production operations to ensure safe, timely delivery of quality output. Coordinate with other team leaders to provide resources, work direction, and problem-solving support. Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, and manage inventory accuracy. Drive safety excellence through proactive safety culture, conduct quality checks and audits, and train and develop team members while supporting continuous improvement in throughput, cycle time, and inventory.
