Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out requested repairs, both reactive and proactive, including pre-planned works, to the required standard and within SLA deadlines.
  • •Manage your own workflow and work within the team when necessary to deliver maintenance tasks.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety of yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers.
  • •Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties as part of a rota to provide 24/7 emergency cover.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous maintenance experience in a related field such as joinery, fitting, plumbing, or painting & decorating.

  • •Ability to manage your own workflow and work effectively as part of a team when required.
  • •Be willing to undertake out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis.
