Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage insolvent merchant cases end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions, including documentation coordination and fund tracking in line with insolvency proceedings
  • •Act as the operational bridge between credit control, legal, finance, and customer-facing teams on insolvency matters and keep cases on track by chasing stakeholders
  • •Support novation processes for insolvent companies in collaboration with legal and customer-facing teams
  • •Maintain an up-to-date insolvency tracker and provide regular case updates and exposure reporting to support month-end close, including flagging write-off recommendations
  • •Manage tickets and alerts via Zendesk for inactive companies, insolvencies, administrations, and other notable corporate events, engaging with merchants and escalating issues as needed
