Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or technology-related field; Project Management certification preferred.
  • •Experience leading process development, technology transfer, facility start-ups, and product validation in pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing.
  • •Track record managing manufacturing technology projects in cGMP-regulated facilities with working knowledge of FDA and EMA requirements.
  • •Hands-on project management experience using MS Project or MS Planner to drive timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • •Proven success partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results in complex manufacturing environments.
