Key Responsibilities

•Own the platform-level experience vision and roadmap, including navigation, global utilities, shared surfaces, and the connective tissue across the product suite.
•Translate customer feedback, usability research, and product analytics into a sequenced roadmap delivering visible value at each step.
•Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and product teams, aligning stakeholders without always having direct authority over contributors.
•Drive a coherent experience across the full product suite so new capabilities unify the platform instead of fragmenting it.
•Define success metrics for platform-level experience and use them to guide prioritization and trade-off decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually
