Creator Growth Marketer

Build and run a creator recruitment program that grows a network from 50 to 1,000 active creators per month. Own creator incentives and partnerships, operate the community daily via Slack or Discord, and use feedback to improve creator tooling with product. Source media and partnership deals, and define and track key metrics like activation, retention, content volume, and incident-related lift to scale Citizen’s mission.
