Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end delivery and outcomes of one or more transformation initiatives, from initiation to stabilization, on time, on budget, and with measurable benefits.
•Translate strategy into structured mandates, roadmaps, and execution plans, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery model.
•Drive execution across workstreams by mobilizing leaders, execution teams, and stakeholders; establish governance and manage decision materials, issue and risk escalation, and resolution.
•Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs and benefits-realization plans; track and report progress, deliverables, and value to senior leadership and the EMT.
•Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across the portfolio; coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and change management (communication and training), aligned with target architecture.

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years leading complex transformation or large-scale change initiatives in technology/operations.
•Strong end-to-end delivery track record using hybrid methods (Agile/Waterfall), with governance design and benefits realization; PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/SAFe certifications are advantageous.
•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions.
•Solid financial and analytical skills to build business cases, track value, and make data-driven decisions; fluent in English (German is a plus).
