Job Summary

Ensure safe, accurate storage and deployment of materials across Sunrun’s warehouse operations. Receive and ship inventory, operate a forklift, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and complete Oracle ERP transactions for receiving, stocking, issuing, and returns. Build job kits, manage will-call materials, support installer mobilization, and maintain auditable shipping/receiving records while upholding safety, cleanliness, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement while ensuring inventory and equipment safety and security.
•Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and put away material to maintain inventory accuracy.
•Use Oracle ERP to complete receiving, stocking, issuing, and vendor return transactions for material movement.
•Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks; keep auditable shipping and receiving records.
•Prepare and stage job kits, support will-call material pulls, and coordinate with branch teams and field Electrification Operations to support installer mobilization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.85 - 25.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•Warehouse Management Software (WMS) experience.
•Oracle experience (preferred).
•Bonus points for prior warehouse or forklift operation experience.
•Ability to proactively find improvements and adapt to changing priorities.
•Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting hazards.
