Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer engagements end-to-end—frame the problem, build the solution, and drive real commercial impact alongside customer teams.
  • •Apply and adapt frontier ML, forecasting, and optimisation techniques to real-world problems without textbook answers, increasingly using agentic AI.
  • •Translate solutions that work on the ground into product direction, improving core capability for future customers.
  • •Operate with autonomy across stakeholders, making judgment calls to ship solutions.
  • •Stay at the edge of applied AI and bring new learnings back to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record applying ML/data science to real-world commercial problems, with depth in forecasting, optimisation, or supply-chain/pricing.
  • •Ability to own outcomes by taking an ambiguous problem from framing to results.
  • •Fluency in programming with Python and SQL, with the flexibility to adapt to new tools as needed.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex models to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with direct customer contact; bonus experience with agentic/LLM systems or production ML.
