Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship features from concept to production, landing in front of real customers.
  • •Use AI as an implementation engine to translate designs into our front-end codebase and pass code reviews.
  • •Monitor how humans and AI agents actually use the platform and propose UX evolutions.
  • •Close the loop by shipping improvements and measuring their impact on activation and usage.
  • •Raise the design craft bar across the console, onboarding, docs, and marketing site.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in TypeScript, React, and CSS; able to own front-end features from concept to production.
  • •Experience designing and shipping user interfaces end-to-end in a production codebase.
  • •Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and integrating AI tools into the frontend.
  • •Product-minded with ability to analyze usage data and drive UX improvements based on metrics.
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage startup with ownership and ambiguity.
