Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct applied research to design and implement innovative AI models across machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, and related areas.
  • •Perform literature reviews and technical assessments to identify opportunities and inform technical strategy for AI solutions.
  • •Develop proof-of-concept models and transition them to production-ready solutions addressing business-critical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in AI algorithm research and development, including ML model evaluation, training, monitoring, and deployment.
  • •PhD in a STEM field, with special focus on foundational IP development.
  • •3+ years of power/performance prediction experience for IPs, preferably memory and logic foundational IPs.
  • •3+ years proficiency in Python and advanced programming for AI/ML model development.
  • •5+ years in-depth knowledge of AI fundamentals, including experience developing ML, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, or time-series prediction models.
