  • •Führen der Schicht und fachliche Anleitung der Security Guards
  • •Personaleinsatz planen und Urlaubs- bzw. Schichtpläne erstellen
  • •Sicherstellen der Zugangs- und Zutrittskontrolle, Überwachung von Gebäuden per Videoanlagen, Alarm- und Notrufsysteme betreuen
  • •Beweissicherung, Berichte erstellen und bei Verdächtigen intervenieren; Erste Hilfe leisten bzw. Brandschutzmaßnahmen einleiten
  • •Unterstützung bei Projekttätigkeiten zur Standortsicherheit und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen

Key Requirements

  • •Ausbildung zur geprüften Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft [IHK] oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • •min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen sowie in Verwaltungstätigkeiten
  • •zusätzliche Qualifikationen in Erste Hilfe und/oder Brandschutz von Vorteil
