Job Summary

Serve as primary fund accountant for hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end registered products. Calculate net asset values, record and reconcile trades and investor contributions/withdrawals, and allocate profits to investors. Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules, and coordinate fund expense analysis and processing in accordance with GAAP. Work with investment advisors and investors to disseminate financial and performance information.

•Enter and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals in the partnership accounting system and allocate fund profits to investors.
•Review and coordinate fund expense analysis and processing; prepare fund financial statements, audit, and tax schedules.
