Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage IT infrastructure projects end-to-end from initiation and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, transition to operations, and close-out.
  • •Own project governance by maintaining RAID logs and leading steering committee updates, governance reporting, and executive communications.
  • •Coordinate change management activities, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training, and operational readiness.
  • •Coordinate technical implementation across network infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud services, data centers, end-user computing, and OT environments.
  • •Partner with vendors and implementation partners by reviewing deliverables, SOWs, change requests, monitoring performance, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years managing infrastructure projects in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains such as network, telecommunications/LTE, cloud, data centers, end-user computing, OT infrastructure, and resiliency.
  • •Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional technical and operational teams and coordinating distributed stakeholders.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent project management experience) and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI.
