Lead and implement the strategic, long-term Total Revenue plan for One&Only Aesthesis in Athens, overseeing Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Retail to maximize revenue. Manage the Revenue department, drive pricing, distribution, forecasting and performance analysis, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and ensure achievement of financial targets across all revenue centers.
