Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to maintain operational service.
  • •Investigate first-line incidents, identify root causes, and resolve incidents/requests efficiently.
  • •Routinely identify common incidents and opportunities to avoid issues and reduce incident volume.
  • •Perform approved maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes; ensure continuity via shift handovers.
  • •Update knowledge articles, report/escalate incidents when necessary, and support optimization/automation and disaster recovery testing when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology/Computing.
  • •CCNA or equivalent certification.
  • •Relevant certifications to the supported services are required.
  • •Entry-level experience in troubleshooting and providing support for network/data center/systems/storage administration and monitoring services in an ICT organization.
  • •Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products in the supported technical domain (e.g., Network, Data Centre, Storage, Cloud, Backup).
