Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain the software ecosystem for enterprise financial systems to ensure standardization, stability, and sustainability.
  • •Analyze requirements and translate them into clear, implementable technical solutions.
  • •Design system architecture, module design, and database design independently for assigned project modules.
  • •Develop and maintain highly available, secure microservice APIs and ensure standardized interface interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a 985 university in China.
  • •Exactly 10 years of hands-on Java development experience with full-process software development capabilities.
  • •Strong Java programming foundation and system design methodology experience, including independent requirement analysis and system/module design.
  • •Proven microservice API design, development, and maintenance experience, with automated testing implementation experience.
  • •English proficiency for reading/writing and cross-team communication, plus experience in participating in or leading large-scale technical R&D projects.
