•Develop and prepare HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics) for 20k+ employees.
•Support monthly reporting by tracking headcount and workforce data, including budget tracking and reporting tool improvements.
•Perform HR data entry, validation, and clean-up to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in HR systems.
•Support HR systems updates and data governance processes.
•Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership by translating data into clear executive insights and materials.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Keen interest in HR analytics and compensation.
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas).
