Job Summary

Drive Connected Products growth and cost-mitigation strategy across Pratt & Whitney’s commercial engine portfolio by identifying and executing new business opportunities. Lead business development initiatives using operational data and predictive maintenance insights, and develop business cases. Also serve as a project leader for cross-functional initiatives, partnering with engineering, digital, aftermarket, and customer support teams to roll out analytics, features, and service offerings aligned to enterprise and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support business development initiatives aligned with the Enterprise and Connected Products strategy.
•Use operational data to support, maintain, and improve the product.
•Identify, evaluate, and execute new opportunities based on internal requirements, customer needs, and competitive factors.
•Develop business cases and support enterprise initiatives integrating engine performance data, predictive maintenance tools, and service offerings.
•Lead cross-functional projects for Connected Products and Engine Health Management services, partnering with engineering, digital, aftermarket, and customer support to deliver new features, analytics, and service offerings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with 10 years of experience; or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience in aerospace or a related industry.
•Prior experience supporting digital technology and/or connected products within aerospace, automotive, or other industrial industries.
•Experience in program management, cross-functional teamwork, and project management.
•Experience managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
•Experience should include strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
