Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design vision and standards for the AGSE service, establishing scalable design principles, patterns, and a component library.
  • •Define how autonomy state, system confidence, and exceptions are represented across all user-facing surfaces.
  • •Lead hands-on UX design for fleet operations—remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet monitoring—from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
  • •Shape customer-facing experiences for airline and airport stakeholders, including dashboards, performance reporting, and SLA visibility tools.
  • •Drive user research and discovery with customers and internal operators at active deployments, translating findings into design decisions and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BFA, BS, or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of product design experience owning complex, multi-surface products end-to-end.
  • •Experience designing operator-facing or operations tooling where reliability is non-negotiable.
  • •A strong portfolio covering information-dense interfaces, real-time data, and complex workflows.
  • •Proven ability to ship 0→1 products and establish design standards/component libraries from scratch, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
