Key Responsibilities

  • •Support commission leads in the contracts team in a pre-contract setting.
  • •Review contracts in the pre-contract environment and draft contracts.
  • •Evaluate commercial aspects and contractual components for tender submission.
  • •Negotiate contractual matters with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts and related documentation to meet client objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • •Proven experience reviewing contracts in a pre-contract environment.
  • •Experience evaluating the commercial and contractual components of tender submissions.
  • •Experience working with standard forms of contract, with FIDIC experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction, or a related discipline; MRICS/MCIArb and FIDIC training/certification are advantageous.
