Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate analytical understanding of workload distribution, productivity, capacity planning, service level agreements, and operating cost to drive efficiency.
  • •Act as an SME/consultant for analytical solutioning across multiple businesses/regions, including data management and governance.
  • •Create tools and methodologies and develop recommendations to solve complex analytical problems using machine learning and AI.
  • •Communicate proactively with regional and country stakeholders on variances in workload/capacity and recommend remediation actions.
  • •Deliver monthly governance packs and insights across KPIs and reporting suites, scoping projects/adhocs and setting expectations while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or post-graduate degree in quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Management Science).
  • •2–5 years of relevant analytical experience in workforce management, capacity planning, and operations analytics.
  • •Strong programming knowledge including Statistical Analysis System (SAS), Structured Query Language (SQL), and Python (2 out of these is must).
  • •Hands-on exposure to MI & reporting, Excel, analytics/statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • •In-depth knowledge of financial services/banking operations and strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
