Key Responsibilities

  • •Help the A&R department with daily administrative tasks for the executive team, including expense-report-related receipt/folio allocation and organizing digital information.
  • •Research unsigned songwriters and breaking artists using streaming DSPs, attend shows for talent discovery, and help manage related social media tasks; provide weekly reports to the A&R team.
  • •Provide desk coverage for executive team and/or studio staff as needed.
  • •Assist with welcoming guests and stocking the SMP studios’ kitchen/lobby with food and drinks.
  • •Maintain A&R support materials: add songs into the PITCH database, collect US Airplay Add boards from Mediabase, compile new releases, listen to demos, and help create songwriter decks for the Sync team.
