Lead and supervise a ~20-strong team of equipment project managers for RF and digital telecom products, ensuring costs, schedules, performance and quality targets are met. Report to the CCHEF director and coordinate with the Telecom Business Line, driving delivery excellence, resource planning, risk management and continuous improvement across civil and military telecom programs.
