Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions, and events while supporting store goals and initiatives.
  • •Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators and follow Asset Protection policies for shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • •Flexible to work rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
