Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing, following established policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R registration).
