Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and organize consistent daily and weekly store-visit schedules efficiently to meet customer needs and expectations
  • •Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports, and coordinate with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies
  • •Participate in regional training classes and events
  • •Lead and/or participate in customer events (product knowledge classes, demonstrations, contractor events, promo events, associate training, community outreach)
  • •Build and install product displays and new store resets, ensuring products are safely stacked/secured and helping maximize shelf space

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle to travel to customer locations and local Oldcastle businesses

  • •Daily travel between company and customer locations, with some overnight travel required
  • •Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical work (stand/walk/bend/climb/kneel, work from a ladder)
