Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a highly technical field plus 6 years of related experience (or Master’s + 4 years, or PhD + 1 year).
  • •Proven experience deploying and maintaining scalable software systems in production (not just standalone POCs).
  • •Deep hands-on expertise with AI/ML systems, including experience with model fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic frameworks and evaluating cost/quality/performance trade-offs.
  • •Strong software engineering foundation, including writing clean, maintainable code, leading code reviews, and implementing automated testing and CI/CD.
