Job Summary

Deliver premium hospitality at London Heathrow by welcoming guests and representing Etihad in the Premium Lounge across reception, concierge, and hospitality services. Support lounge performance by enhancing guest satisfaction, driving ancillary revenue, and maintaining seamless service throughout the guest journey. Ensure accurate pre-flight/post-flight reporting, complete shift administration, keep lounge systems updated, and resolve partner and service issues quickly while continuously improving guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Create exceptional guest experiences by delivering high standards of service, hospitality, and operational excellence while supporting OGSM and NPS targets.
•Support lounge performance by identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, drive ancillary revenue, and ensure seamless service.
•Be the face of Etihad in the lounge by welcoming guests as an EY Host and providing personalised support across reception, concierge, and hospitality services.
•Maintain smooth daily operations by completing pre-flight and post-flight reports, shift administration, and keeping lounge systems up to date.
•Work with lounge partners to maintain a premium environment, ensuring service standards are met and issues are resolved quickly.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in an airline, premium lounge, or hotel customer service & hospitality role.
•High school certificate.
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
•Positive, confident, flexible, and approachable attitude.
•Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, presentation, and professionalism.
