Business Credit Office Manager

Manage first-line credit management office (BCO) tasks for Corporate & Institutional Banking under a new end-to-end operating model. Own the credit and capital management servicing journey, supporting relationship managers with customer outreach, research, and financial/credit analysis. Ensure strong credit risk assessment, underwriting and lending controls, coordinated credit application/renewal completion, and risk escalation, while driving process and customer experience improvements aligned to CCM standards.
