Drive the drafting, structuring, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements for an autonomy-focused company, advising leadership and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and more. Support IP, product, and compliance needs, build repeatable forms and playbooks to improve contract execution and risk mitigation, and help scale legal operations through practical tools and processes. Travel up to 20% as needed.
