Key Requirements

  • •Experience negotiating and drafting IP and material contract representations for stock purchase, merger, and asset purchase agreements in financings.
  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar.
  • •Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment with excellent organization and deadline management.
