Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct quality inspections to identify imperfections or repairs needed during post-production.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Complete entry-level training programs to develop skills and progress pay with the company.
•Maintain readiness for mandatory overtime based on business needs.
•Perform and support post-production tasks that help deliver vehicles in expected timeframes for customer experience.

•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use of safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
