Oversee daily operations for the company’s restaurant concepts, ensuring smooth service delivery, consistent brand standards, and exceptional guest experiences. Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team while managing schedules and performance. Track sales and key operational KPIs, control labor and food costs, handle guest feedback and complaints, and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Support promotions, events, and internal coordination, and deliver operational reports.
