Job Summary

We are seeking an Intermediate Customer Account Manager to join the Customer Success team. You will help maximize adoption, prevent churn, and drive revenue across a diverse client base, with a focus on AI-powered solutions. You’ll engage with customers, lead strategy/training sessions, and collaborate with Product to feed customer insights, while supporting multiple locations in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly impact KPIs such as proactive churn prevention, adoption, expansion, customer retention, and project deliverables.
•Proactively calling outbound to Clio customers to ensure they are receiving value from Clio.
•Re-engage customers with Clio usage through understanding of product usage data, personas, and value available to customers.
•Identify, act upon, and drive revenue opportunities; provide analysis on conversion success.
•Lead both individual and group strategy/training sessions to drive Product Adoption

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 76,500 - 103,500 annually
