Job Summary

Build and own OKX’s HFT/proprietary trading relationships in the Australian market. Leverage your network of traders to drive exposure to OKX’s digital asset products, develop prospect pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle with technical and business stakeholders. Negotiate commercial terms, coordinate onboarding and compliance steps, support API/FIX integration discussions, and represent OKX at industry events while feeding trader feedback back into product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exposure to digital asset products to a network of traders and grow the network with OKX support.
•Develop a strategy and pipeline to serve traders interested in exposure to digital asset products.
•Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating with technical experts and business leads to align commercials.
•Negotiate commercial terms (fee tiers, rebates, liquidity provision incentives) and coordinate onboarding, including KYC and legal documentation.
•Support technical integration discussions (API/FIX connectivity, colocation where relevant) and represent OKX at industry events to maintain relationships; relay trader feedback for product improvements.

Key Requirements

•Existing relationships with market makers, proprietary trading firms, or trading infrastructure providers.
•At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in trading-related industries (derivatives, CFDs, FX, commodities).
•Experience with a regulated exchange, broker, futures commission merchant, order management system, data provider, or similar.
•Desire and capability to own a business line in the Australian market for a global digital asset exchange.
•Familiarity with API- or FIX-based trading relationships and comfort discussing integration requirements.
