Job Summary

Drive the Commercial Bank’s financial performance and strategic market expansion by partnering with senior leadership and Regional Sales Executives. Own monthly and quarterly reporting, short- and long-term forecasting, and driver-based forecast model development for loan portfolios and fees. Produce full-funnel market reporting, perform ad hoc and post-mortem analyses, and present risks and opportunities to leadership while completing required external and regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Regional Sales Executives and senior leadership to support Commercial Bank financial performance and strategic market expansion.
•Provide monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing results vs. targets and progress toward strategic initiatives.
•Own short- and long-term forecasting, including developing/enhancing driver-based forecast models for loan portfolios and associated fees.
•Build full-funnel reporting for new market performance and profitability, and conduct ad hoc market performance analyses including post-mortems.
•Present findings to senior leadership on a quarterly or monthly basis and complete required external and regulatory reports as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•4+ years of analytical experience in Finance, preferably with exposure to banking.
•Strong financial and/or accounting acumen and robust understanding of profitability concepts.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
•Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and build relationships with teams of varying expertise.
