Job Summary

Lead compliance and approvals work within the Global Compliance and Approvals Team, removing market-entry barriers for Dyson products across 90+ countries. Act as the single point of contact between Dyson C&A and partners, coordinating compliance deliverables, approvals timelines, risk/issues, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the single point of contact for the Compliance and Approvals team between Dyson C&A and partners for compliance-related matters and timely approvals delivery.
•Lead and coordinate C&A deliverables delivery process in collaboration with internal teams under different partnership strategies.
•Ensure compliance deliverables are planned and executed to align with global product launch timelines across regions.
•Oversee internal and external compliance project delivery, coordinating execution, resource allocation, and milestone delivery.
•Own the global GMA process by collaborating with certification bodies/testing agencies and regulatory authorities, reviewing specifications/testing protocols/certification plans, and maintaining centralized certification timeline and renewal reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory approvals, or project management within manufacturing and consumer electronics.
•Familiarity with global GMA regulatory certification processes for international markets (e.g., UL, CE, FCC, IEC, RoHS, REACH).
•Proficient technical knowledge of international compliance standards and understanding of product testing methodologies and certification workflows.
•Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
