Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single point of contact for the Compliance and Approvals team between Dyson C&A and partners for compliance-related matters and timely approvals delivery.
  • •Lead and coordinate C&A deliverables delivery process in collaboration with internal teams under different partnership strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance deliverables are planned and executed to align with global product launch timelines across regions.
  • •Oversee internal and external compliance project delivery, coordinating execution, resource allocation, and milestone delivery.
  • •Own the global GMA process by collaborating with certification bodies/testing agencies and regulatory authorities, reviewing specifications/testing protocols/certification plans, and maintaining centralized certification timeline and renewal reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory approvals, or project management within manufacturing and consumer electronics.
  • •Familiarity with global GMA regulatory certification processes for international markets (e.g., UL, CE, FCC, IEC, RoHS, REACH).
  • •Proficient technical knowledge of international compliance standards and understanding of product testing methodologies and certification workflows.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
