Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in customer sales meetings to explain Runpod technologies and provide architectural recommendations, including building proof-of-concept solutions for onboarding.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by customers across configuration, performance, functionality, compatibility, and code errors.
  • •Use tools such as code analysis, scripting, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes and deliver solutions or workarounds.
  • •Coordinate with customers and internal teams (engineering, sales, supply, product) to ensure satisfaction and incorporate feedback.
  • •Support escalated tickets with the support team, collaborate with engineering for workarounds/bug fixes, and assist the infrastructure team with GPU server-related issues.

Key Requirements
