Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and respond to daily client requests and inquiries, performing research to provide/facilitate solutions and resolve complaints per bank policies.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations including BSA/AML and confidentiality requirements across loan and deposit origination, documentation, and administration.
  • •Open, service, and maintain wholesale deposit accounts; monitor NSF/unposted transaction reports and process decisions/approvals to enable timely postings.
  • •Process payments, advances, and transfers on loan and deposit accounts; gather and file financial statements and supporting documents as needed.
  • •Support loan due diligence and closings (including due diligence items like lien searches and environmental reports), fund/board loans, and coordinate related internal/external closing activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • •7+ years of wholesale or consumer banking or industry-related experience.
  • •3+ years of commercial loan and deposit experience.
  • •Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and time-management skills with strong communication.
  • •Expert proficiency interpreting Title Policies and understanding Real Estate Collateral and UCC lien/judgment search results; highly organized and detail oriented.
