•Develop the Canada RGM agenda across pricing, pack architecture, promotion, mix, trade investment, and revenue realization.
•Lead innovation in pricing and performance management.
•Partner with CSP, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Supply to shape commercial decisions and AOP building blocks.
•Lead a team of 3 analysts, setting standards for analysis, governance, and recommendations.
•Track competitive performance and translate market, customer, competitor, elasticity, and margin data into revenue growth actions, including scenario analysis and risk/opportunity assessment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 81,750 - 136,250

Key Requirements

•8+ years of revenue growth management, commercial finance, pricing, category, analytics, or sales strategy experience.
•Strong quantitative skills and understanding of P&L, margin, elasticity, trade investment, and customer economics.
•Experience influencing commercial decisions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior stakeholders.
•Ability to lead analysts and build clear recommendations from complex data.
•CPG, beverage alcohol, retail, or regulated market experience preferred.
