Job Summary

Lead marketing-focused consulting engagements, developing and/or driving strategies and programs for regional and global clients. Use customer, behavioral, and transactional data to define measurable outcomes and track performance via KPIs. Partner with internal Product and Business Development stakeholders to scope solutions, deliver impactful client presentations, and guide project execution. Coach and mentor junior consultants while growing team capabilities and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements.
•Develop and/or lead marketing strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients using technology and data.
•Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
•Lead the team’s marketing strategy and recommendations, deliver client presentations, and provide day-to-day project delivery leadership.
•Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants; manage internal and vendor/client relationships to scope projects and build intellectual capital.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with work experience on marketing and campaign projects across one or more areas such as digital/social media campaigns, digital customer experience, end-to-end product launch, and ad-tech/mar-tech ecosystems.
•Experience developing and/or leading marketing strategies and programs for large, regional, or global clients using technology and data.
•Knowledge of business KPIs and financials, with the ability to independently assess client agendas, internal culture, and change readiness.
•Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Eligible to work in the country where applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs.
