Job Summary

Lead executive-sponsored special projects and emerging people initiatives that fall outside existing Employee Experience or Talent Development programs. Translate ambiguous requests into objectives, work plans, deliverables, and measures of success, while building trusted relationships across executives, HR business partners, and business leaders. Facilitate sessions and workshops, develop executive communications and implementation plans, and support major launches by improving engagement, trust, and the overall employee experience.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading executive-sponsored, cross-functional, or high-visibility initiatives.
•Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with senior leaders.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
