Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or significantly contribute to projects focused on process optimization, loss elimination, and capability building.
  • •Apply process engineering approaches to improve designs, streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance product quality using data analytics (e.g., OEE and root cause analysis).
  • •Support converting and packaging engineering, including web-processing/equipment solutions and packaging line optimization, plus assistance with new equipment integration.
  • •Support control systems engineering by contributing to automation systems, industrial networks, and robotics integration, including troubleshooting control issues.
  • •Contribute to manufacturing project execution, supporting capital projects and new initiatives from concept through execution, including scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
  • •Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
  • •Eagerness to contribute to projects, learn about managing timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex issues to develop technical solutions.
  • •Availability to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027, with ability to relocate for placement.
