Floor Care Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Maintain floors and upholstery across a portfolio of Retail and back-office facilities, including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of multiple floor types. Execute work orders issued twice yearly, travel within a designated route/radius, and use floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize. Also provide coverage for routine janitorial tasks and special projects, close out work orders in a CMMS, and communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
