Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new client relationships and identify prospects, creating marketing strategy for specific clients.
  • •Manage complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management relationships and identify external opportunities in investment and fiduciary areas.
  • •Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements, including preparation and oversight of financing documentation.
  • •Analyze and negotiate loan terms such as special pricing, interest rates, and swaps within Credit Policy Committee guidelines.
