Key Responsibilities

  • •Create fresh, varied, beautiful designs for the Japan template library.
  • •Develop unique concepts for templates across themes and topics that resonate in Japan.
  • •Collaborate with asset creators to develop supporting illustrations and design elements.
  • •Write clear creator briefs with direction, context, and inspiration; use AI tools to create templates at scale for the Japan market.
  • •Partner with the Design Lead and the Creator Template Review Team to manage freelancer designers and keep overall design quality aligned with brand and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Graphic, Brand or Visual Designer across digital and print marketing.
  • •Strong craft in hand illustration, typography, colour, conceptual graphic design and layout.
  • •A portfolio that showcases clean, elegant, beautiful design.
  • •Comfortable using AI tools in your design workflow, with curiosity to push further.
  • •Experience giving design feedback and coordinating or guiding a small group of designers (or willingness to step into this).
